It doesn’t matter if it’s been 7 months, 7 years or your whole life to finally have a wake up call that certain choices you have made have only caused afflictions regardless of the reasons why. The important thing is that going forward you start making better decisions that are beneficial to you. No more mundane, no more giving the benefit of the doubt, no more ignoring red flags, no more excuses, no more settling. Only allow the good & true, no matter how difficult it seems to find, in order to have peace within yourself & discover the best of what life has to offer. Mentally put all the crap from before in a box & shelve it or burn it to ashes & let it go, none of it no longer has relevance.
